The Department of Public Works is responsible for maintaining Village property, vehicles and buildings.  It encompasses sub-departments that manage all aspects of the Village. Employees are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to address emergency issues.  Contact the Village Hall at 262-691-5660 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to report an issue.

Does the Village have seasonal weight limits?

The Village of Pewaukee does not implement seasonal weight limit restrictions on village roads. 
However, the surrounding jurisdictions may have restrictions that need to be adhered to before entering the Village.

Ash Tree Replacement Recommendation

If you would like to replace trees in the village, there is a list of recommended trees that can be provided, there are no permits required but the Department of Public Works does have steps that need to be adhered to.  If you are interested in replacing street trees please submit your request to the Village and we will be in touch with the next steps.
