The Village contracts with the City of Pewaukee Fire Department for all fire service needs. It is located in central Waukesha County and is a combination department operating from two stations that are staffed 24 hours a day.

- Commercial fire inspections are completed semi-annually
- Commercial tank inspections are completed annually
- Inspections are completed Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
