Village of Pewaukee Board of Review to a Later Date
Board of Review will meet on the 3 day of May 2021 at 4 p.m. at 235 Hickory Street for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the forty-five-day period beginning on the Monday April, 26th, pursuant to Sec. 70.47(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, it is anticipated that the Board of Review will be adjourned until the 22nd day of June, 2021 at 3:30p.m.
Pursuant to Sec 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the assessment roll for the 2021 assessment year will be open for examination from the time of the mailing of the Notices of Assessment, May 7, 2021 through Board of Review. OPEN BOOK sessions with the Village Assessor will be held by phone or email rather than attending the open book in person. Open Book is scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 2020 from 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. by appointment.
