The Village of Pewaukee Plan Commission is responsible for making and adopting the Master Plan for the physical development of the Village of Pewaukee.  They hold Public Hearings for Conditional Use Requests and Rezoning Petitions and are also responsible for reviewing and possibly acting on:

The Commission also reviews and makes possible recommendations to the Village Board regarding:

  • Plat Maps
  • Certified Survey Maps
  • Zoning Ordinances

When: The second Thursday of each month
         Where: Pewaukee Village Hall - 235 Hickory St.
         Time: 6 p.m.

Commission members hold three-year terms and are appointed by the Village Board.

To become a member of the Plan Commission complete an application and turn it in at the Village Hall.

Application Submittal Dates:

  • Conditional Use Grant, Site Plan, Rezoning, Concepts, Land Divisions are due in the office no later than 12 p.m. 4 weeks before the regularly scheduled meeting.
  • Comp Plan Amendments are due in the office no later than 12 p.m. 6 weeks before the regularly scheduled meeting.
