The Village of Pewaukee Plan Commission is responsible for making and adopting the Master Plan for the physical development of the Village of Pewaukee.  They hold Public Hearings for Conditional Use Requests and Rezoning Petitions and are also responsible for reviewing and possibly acting on:

The Commission also reviews and makes possible recommendations to the Village Board regarding:

  • Plat Maps
  • Certified Survey Maps
  • Zoning Ordinances

When: The second Thursday of each month
         Where: Pewaukee Village Hall - 235 Hickory St.
         Time: 6 p.m. 

The Village contracts with Foth for Village Planner. 
Pursuant to the Village of Pewaukee Code of Ordinances Sec 40.116(b), the Village Board has determined that whenever the services of the Village Attorney, Village Engineer, Village Planner, or any other of the Village's professional staff or other expert consultants are retained by the Village in order to complete a proper project review results in a charge to the Village for that professional's time and services and such service is not a service supplied to the Village as a whole, the Village Treasurer shall charge those service fees incurred by the Village to the applicant/property owner. Also, be advised that pursuant to the Village of Pewaukee Code of Ordinances, certain other fees, costs, and charges are the responsibility of the property owner or responsible party. **Foth charges $144/hr for planning services.

Commission members hold three-year terms and are appointed by the Village Board.

To become a member of the Plan Commission complete an application and turn it in at the Village Hall.

Application Submittal Dates:

  • Conditional Use Grant, Site Plan, Rezoning, Concepts, Land Divisions are due in the office no later than 12 p.m. 4 weeks before the regularly scheduled meeting.
  • Comp Plan Amendments are due in the office no later than 12 p.m. 6 weeks before the regularly scheduled meeting.
