Village of Pewaukee Joint Review Board Regular Meeting Minutes
July 22, 2021
1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Clerk Smith called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m.
Present: Waukesha County Representative Andrew Thelke; Pewaukee School District Representative John Gahan; Village of Pewaukee Representative, President Jeff Knutson, and Citizen Representative Chuck Nichols.
Excused: Jane Kittel, Vice President of Finance/CFO, Waukesha County
Also Present: Village Administrator, Scott Gosse and Village Clerk, Casandra Smith
2. New Business
a. Review of 2021 TID #2 Annual Report and Audit
Administrator Gosse reviewed the annual report; the 2020 Statement of Changes indicates that the total TID value was $18,242,700. The total revenues were $61,128 and the total expenses were $64,027. The TID fund balance is in a good position at $34,594 as of 12/31/20.
Gosse stated the downtown area redevelopment detailed plan is being reviewed at the Plan Commission currently. Gosse responded to Andrew Thelke, there is one corner lot that is in the TID district that is vacant.

Andrew Thelke moved, seconded by John Gahan, to adjourn.
Motion carried unanimously at 3:38 p.m.
