The Village Board reviewed the Fire/EMS Fee originally adopted in 2023. On November 6, 2024 they approved a revised Ordinance 2024-07 that charges all residential units equally. Downtown Speed Humps Information

The Village Board directed staff to place speed humps seasonally, from approximately May 15 to approximately September 15th along the lakefront, to help slow traffic and improve pedestrian safety.

The speed hump installation aligns with the previously established seasonal lakefront speed limit of 15 mph.
